Spicy Peanuts Equals Knee Joint Pains

For the past few days, my favorite late night show and a huge bag of spicy peanuts I got from an Asian store kept me awake in the wee hours of the night. The peppery taste of the nuts really satisfied my taste buds but it had also hurt my knees badly. Oh yes. I feel the pain whenever I climb up and down the stairs.

knee-joint-painI had to go online to check whether there is a real connection between the spicy peanuts and my knee pains. Guess what I found out… There is. WebMD¬† says foods which are known allergens can also cause affect the joints in our bodies the negative way. What are common food allergens? They are milk, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish and nuts including tree nuts and peanuts.

Well, I have got to giveaway the remaining spicy peanuts in my cupboard… Spicy peanuts, anyone?
